In two words: tort reform. The republicans have two wet dreams, the first is to keep the common man out of the voting booth and the second is to keep us out of the civil courts. If you can't vote and you can't sue you're nothing but a slave.

St. Paul, Minn. President Barack Obama gave a nod to supporters of tort reform during his State of the Union address Tuesday night. Even while defending his health care law, the president said he'd be open to "medical malpractice reform to rein in frivolous lawsuits."
