They've been rather disappointed with him on Second Amendment issues as of late. He's not taking any chances.

Was every gun shop in the country marking up their prices by 10%. I really hope he's smart enough to know that if the senate sees this as a green light to propose a new bill he'll start seeing his numbers go down in swing states like Ohio.
