Howard Altman (the only reporter who posted on DU: see mega thread above) of the Tampa Tribune reported recently that Malago is a business partner in a “green” company called Atlantic Alcohol with an individual named Larry Peters, who owns Skyway Aircraft Inc. in St. Petersburg, Fla. Skyway also happens to have sold two planes to Venezuelan buyers in recent years that have since been identified as aircraft that were subsequently used in drug-trafficking operations.

The registration of N987SA was changed to Donna Blue, a non existing company, after the plane was caught with cocaine. The new owner was Joao Malago of Brazil and guess what: Joao Malago also represents Atlantic Alcohol in Brazil...

Narconews even discovered that the other Skyways plane who crashed with cocaine and a false license also links up with the same group.

Hopsicker found some more Republicans and Iran-Contra veterans linked to the planes. Nevertheless the official story is that they don't have a clue to what happened to those planes...
