The exhibit is a picture of a T-shirt which Cohen sells that depicts Trump behind bars.
Hopefully this will impact sales for Mr Cohen....

(5,068 posts)Cant shut up. He is pi$$ed because TFG threw him under the bus. Legitimate questions to impugn his motives

(9,140 posts)Anyone on the jury who has ever had a job will feel that one.
For a long time. It took a lot for him to become disgruntled.
May all his sycophants follow in Cohens footsteps.

(885 posts)I don't blame Cohen for wanting to tell his side of the story and nail the guy he was working for. Not that it excuses his own wrongdoing, but he definitely was not the only one engaging in criminal acts.

(9,140 posts)Yes, he committed crimes. Yes, he was thrown under the bus by Trump. Those are two completely different things.
He went to prison for the first. Now he wants payback for the second. Duh. Who wouldnt. Most people dont react well to betrayal.

(6,675 posts)The Merch is from Meidas Touch. They were delighted with this turn of events. Now their merch is part of the record. The legal experts said that it was a mind boggling failure of the Defense to not know that it was not Cohen's. I have my own theory. And that is, they have no defense whatsoever except to tear Cohen down, and they may have calculated that no one would know, or they could at least create some confusion over it.
It's really funny. This is like a contest of the grown-ups against the high school legal club. I'll bet you that Trump told them to do it. If I were Blanche, I'd go home and throw up, and try to figure a way to become disabled in order to leave the trial. Maybe faint like a hockey player, and go down at the Judge's feet. I hope he got paid up front, because this performance is bad, bad, bad.
I think the shirt design was one of the younger bros. You can't get better publicity for a shirt than this. I hope that the brothers share whether their sales are up sharply. And Cohen was really coool when he answered the Defense's questions about the shirt, the coffee mug, and such. It was all good.
