clutterbox1830's JournalI went to a family dinner tonight and learned that my 3 relatives are skipping voting
Just venting
I went to a family dinner tonight with my parents and 2 fellow cousins. Unfortunately , I learn that my dad and cousins are omitting the general election. They once were democrat voters but they hate both candidates. I tried to convinced them, but no luck. Sigh. I'm from Pennsylvania.
I went to get ice cream and overheard the coworkers there are voting for Trump.
I'm a bit disappointed and dishearted atm.
Let me get this straight, Biden says 1 comment about Trump voters and media loses it mind while ignore Trump past words
Trump has called Harris's supporters radical, mental, criminals, and much worst and the media just treat it as normal. wtf
Link to Georgia early voting numbers
If anyone is curios. Georgia SoS department setup a great interactive site to find out the current numbers from all forms of early voting.
Election Data Hub
As of 10/28, about almost 40% of eligible voters have voted. There is plenty of work that still need to be down especially in the following Democratic counties (cities):
Clayton
Chatham (Savannah)
Muscoogee (Columbus)
Richmond (Augusta)
Bibb (Macon)
Clarke (Athens)
WTF! During Steelers vs Jets game in middle of the play they cut away to say that local reporter has interview w/Trump
I'm in the Pittsburgh area and was watching the Steelers vs Jets game. It's near the end of the game and Steelers are up 15pts and only ~2:30 minutes leftin the 4th quarter. Steelers are "milking the clock", however, during the middle of the play they (broadcast) immediately cut to a split screen and talks are how the local reporter from the NBC affiliate (WPXI) was able to talk/interview Trump during his last rally.
If you don't know sports broadcast, this stuff does not happen. You don't cut into the game and in the middle of a play no less to hock anything, let alone Trump. It almost looked like a Trump ad. This pissed me off even though the Steelers are going to win.
Someone is stealing Harris signs in my area.
Live in the suburbs of Pittsburgh for many decades and this is the first time I've heard that someone been stealing political signs from other ppl lawns in this neighborhood. In my area, it is usually 50-50 or 60-40 D to R in political signs. This year, it is around 80 - 20 Harris to Trump signs. Republicans are running scared and can't accept ppl with other political views.
Pennsylvania is going go for Harris if lawn signs are any indication. People are fired up here. Even met a Harris canvasser this weekend in high 80 heat. I rarely see any canvasser this early.
*Update* I should mentioned that I don't have a Harris sign up in front of my lawn. I live on a dead end street (20 houses) and we have a yearly block party. During one of these parties, we all did an informal agreement not to put any political signs in front to keep things neighborly. It worked out well all these years. All the signs stolen were from houses in my neighborhood. I noticed it today on my daily walk and asked around.

Listening to President Obama, I really miss his calming voice and oratory skills.
He brings such a soothinig presence during hectic times. He really knows how to speak to the crowd and inspire people to act.
Harris/Walz will start their bus tour and rally in Pittsburgh this Sunday (my hometown)
However, for the life of me, I cannot find where exactly in Pittsburgh or the times.
I'm sorry to post this here, but I simple cannot find this answer except they are landing in PIT airport Sun and will make several stops in the area, but where??? There is no information I can find. Also, Harris' for Presdient official website doesn't provide this information either. Is there even a rally being held?
Sadly, I see a number publications on where Trump and Vance's rallies will be in this area, but I have no to little information given about Harris campaign except that she starts her bus tour in Pittsburgh.
I know this is nitpicking, but Harris' campaign team needs to make this type of information easier to find.
