It's an argument for moving forward with Biden's agenda. She notes that large chunks of it were derailed by a few Democrats (as well as the entire Republican party). She does not offer advice about strategies that will breach the blockade next term, but she makes a strong case that it was actual progressive/Democratic accomplishments (not messaging) that influenced voters and won the day.
