First of Its Kind:Vast Reservoirs of Clean Hydrogen Gas

First of its kind discovery in mali: vast reservoirs of clean hydrogen gas.

In the beautiful West African country of Mali, a huge discovery has a town drawing a flammable gas from the earth that produces loads of electricity without CO2 emissions.

The town called Bourakébougou was prospected by Malian energy entrepreneur Aliou Diallo, who believed the mysterious gas which in the daytime shone with a blue color like sparkling ocean water, and at night like golden dust, could represent a fortune.

Fascinating. Game changer!? No one was looking before, all the capital went into drilling for fossil fuels.

In 2018, a science team published a paper on the Bourakébougou hydrogen well, which concluded from evidence obtained from a dozen exploratory wells in the vicinity that it was “possible to confirm the presence of an extensive hydrogen field featuring at least five stacked reservoir intervals containing significant hydrogen that cover an estimated area well superior to 8 km in diameter.”

Furthermore, the study found that the current estimate of its exploitation price is much cheaper than manufactured hydrogen, either from fossil fuels or from electrolysis.

In Ukraine War...Neither side is winning. Is it time to negotiate?

Russia and Ukraine both reluctant to cede territory, but some Western allies are losing patience

"The history of negotiating with Vladimir Putin for the past 22 years has been a history of broken promises. The Russian state is brutally corrupt, increasingly attached to militarism and increasingly untrustworthy."

Still, the argument fills the pages of the respected Foreign Affairs magazine, where dueling headlines proclaim the conflict in Ukraine is an "Unwinnable War" and negotiations are the only realistic endgame, countered by the claim that "Russia Can Only Be Stopped On The Battlefield."

…sober thought and analysis…which would you go for?

Some better reporting on the J6 coup protection order, cause American sources are...bad.

"Your client's defence is supposed to happen in this courtroom, not on the internet," Chutkan told Trump's lawyers.

The judge said that the more anyone makes "inflammatory" statements about the case, the greater her urgency will be to move the case more quickly to trial to prevent the contamination of the jury pool. She noted that "arguably ambiguous statements" could be construed as intimidation or harassment of potential witnesses.

"I will take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard the integrity of the case," she said.

Maybe need to go North for better, less confusing, less loaded and biased info.?

It is true the rantings of the defendant are ambiguous…but the more the defendant rants with a protection order hanging over his head, the more the judge will assume the bad interpretation…and consequences.

The Order is pointed and plain. CBSNBCABC see how it’s done?!

According to the updated global Multidimensional Poverty Index, revealed on Tuesday by the UN Development Programme (UNDP) and the Poverty and Human Development Initiative at the University of Oxford, progress was seen in India, where 415 million people exited poverty in just 15 years, as well as in China (69 million) and Indonesia (8 million).

The fact that India has lifted 415 million people out of poverty in 15 years is astounding good news, who knew?

Millions face extreme heat in the US, Europe, China (Live Udates)

Source: CNN

What we're covering

. Blisteringly high temperatures are being reported across the world, breaking records on multiple continents — the latest in a trend caused by the climate crisis. The first week of July was the hottest week on record, data shows.

. Southern Iran registered a heat index value — the apparent “feels like” temperature to the human body — of 152 degrees Fahrenheit on Sunday. Heat indexes of 160 are widely considered the upper threshold of what humans can endure.

. In the United States, millions of people in the Southwest and South face dangerously high temperatures. Some places, such as Texas and Arizona, have experienced a weeks-long heat streak.
The heat has primed the land for fires in places like Spain and Greece. Smoke from wildfires in Canada is triggering unhealthy air warnings across the northern tier of the US.

US Decision to Send Cluster Bombs to Ukraine could put Canada, others, on the spot.

Canada is among many NATO allies of Ukraine who signed 2010 pact to ban cluster munition use

Canada has considered itself a leader in the international movement to limit the damage that weapons like landmines and cluster munitions can cause to war-torn communities.

The Canadian government helped spearhead a movement that led more than 100 countries to sign the Ottawa Treaty in December 1997, and dozens more joined in the years after.

Meanwhile Canadas best friend is spearheading a movement to keep the factories churning out these monstrous weapons. The Pentagon is out of control.

Edit to add PRESIDENT BIDENS comments ahead of crucial NATO meeting, where Canada will suddenly play a central role in the clusterbomb clusterfuck created by the Pentagon.

The decision drew fierce criticism from Democratic lawmakers due to high civilian death rates.

Jenin Girl, Palestine, Dies of Wounds After IDF Offensive

Jenin Girl, Palestine, Dies of Wounds After IDF Offensive

She filmed her own death peering out of a her neighborhood park gate…a sniper in the rear gunport of a retreating armored troop carrier shot her in the head at distance.

The IDF is investigating…along with the investigations of the 40+ other children killed last year…results not any time soon!

A slightly above average year of killing children by the IDF, if anyone other than the dead have noticed.

She filmed her own death near a park gate, as a retreating armoured car sniper shot her at distance…in cold blood.

The Speedy Trial Act of Florida, Explained.

(a) Speedy Trial without Demand. Except as otherwise provided by this rule, and subject to the limitations imposed under subdivisions (e) and (f), every person charged with a crime shall be brought to trial within 90 days of arrest if the crime charged is a misdemeanor, or within 175 days of arrest if the crime charged is a felony. If trial is not commenced within these time periods, the defendant shall be entitled to the appropriate remedy as set forth in subdivision (p). The time periods established by this subdivision shall commence when the person is taken into custody as defined under subdivision (d). A person charged with a crime is entitled to the benefits of this rule whether the person is in custody in a jail or correctional institution of this state or a political subdivision thereof or is at liberty on bail or recognizance or other pretrial release condition. This subdivision shall cease to apply whenever a person files a valid demand for speedy trial under subdivision (b).

It’s complicated, might need a criminal lawyer!

Edit: Mirrors Federal Act, either is good!
