Challenge–What 7-season TV series uses the following phrase incessantly?

Challenge–What 7-season TV series uses the following phrase incessantly?
"Are you all right?"

Seriously, it's used 5 to 6 times per episode. The star, although attractive, can't act worth beans. (She comes from an "acting family," only one of which can actually act.) The plots are generally interesting, but the dialog is repetitive (see above). I finally decided that I keep watching this only because the kids are terrific. And, I'm not overly fond of kids, which shows you how good they are.

If nobody gets the right answer, I'll post it later.

but she's pretty one dimensional in the show. Of course it may just be the nasal voice and not enunciating.
