John Conyers Goes After Corporate Criminals

John Conyers Goes After Corporate Criminals
By Matthew Rothschild
Editor of The Progressive
December 29, 2010

If we had a Congress that truly represented the people, corporations wouldn’t be able to get away with their crime sprees.

The Democrats, having held the White House, the Senate, and the House of Representatives for the last two years, failed to wage any kind of war on corporate crime.

Now in the waning days of the 111th Congress, at least Rep. John Conyers of Michigan is stepping up, even if just symbolically.

On Dec. 17, he introduced two sensible bills to hold corporations accountable.

Here's information on the two bills:

H.R. 6544: Dangerous Products Warning Act

H.R. 6545: Corporate Crime Database Act

4. Conyers goes after everyone and does nothing.
Bush and Cheney are murderers. In my state they put murderers into prison.
