1. I didn't see any Quran-burning in that video.
Maybe I missed it. I did see an officer telling people to knock off the shooting, though. After that, the soldiers were throwing rocks and dirt clods. Then, the video replayed the earlier stuff. It appeared to me that the soldiers were not shooting at individuals, but at things that made noise when hit.

I don't believe this video shows what you say it does.

3. Yup. It doesn't actually make the point the poster thought it did.
Sometimes, I guess, it's good to watch the whole thing before posting. Or any part of it, for that matter, really.
