$78.5B in cuts composed of $40B (the difference between 2010 and 2011 budgets conceded at the start of negotiations) and $38.5B in cuts 'agreed upon' tonight.

No PP rider. Senate GOP gets vote to defund PP and repeal HCR (largely symbolic since they won't pass Dem controlled Senate),

No EPA rider.

Rider forbidding DC to use any federal funds for abortion coverage/care.

Possibly a rider requiring annual audits of PP and CFPB.

Lots more to be detailed in cuts but as of yet unknown.

Many voting on House floor unaware of what's included in the bill, so another large battle is likely next week on all of this.

It seems to me there's no reason we won't be watching this same drama next Friday night, to the very same results.. with a bunch more cuts.
