GOP WI Governor: Only reason Dems won in state election was because they had more votes
He's a bit of an airhead, isn't he. Check out how new GOP heartthrob Scott Walker, the governor of Wisconsin, tried to downplay Democratic gains in state elections earlier this week:

While Walker downplayed the significance of Tuesday's elections on Wednesday, saying they were skewed by exceptional turnout in the liberal cities of Madison and Milwaukee, Democrats warned they were only a sign of what's to come.

Walker is saying that the only reason Democrats did so well was because they got more votes, so we shouldn't really count this as a Democratic electoral victory. Huh?

Not the brightest wheel of cheddar, is he.

3. Well...
I would be willing to bet that it was not "just" democrats that turned out and voted "against" Walker, but also independents and even "REPUBLICANS"! Taking down the middle class, going after teachers, firemen, police, nurses, and children was a huge mistake on Walkers part, and he pissed off a LOT of republicans who are in those groups! I think a lot of people who voted republican in the past are fed up with Walker, and maybe even the whole republican party!

15. I don't live in Wisconsin
but I think I remember hearing here that he's got to be in office at least a year before a recall can be launched- and that's assuming, of course, enough signatures are collected (which they probably will be).

10. No. Just as Bush was only President of "the Heartland".
The 'liberal coasts' only got his disdain.

13. Actually, it's a very astute statement:
the Dems only won because they had enough more votes to offset GOP cheating.
