CIGNA just sold their Nashville based Medicare operations.

CIGNA just got out of the Medicare business and sold it to BCBS who is under investigation by the Department of Justice for possible antitrust and price fixing violations. I wonder if CIGNA's employees know they they are being bought by a company under DOJ investigation? I wonder if the Medicare fraud that Rick Scott of Florida committed will pale in comparison?
