New Hampshire House Finance Cmtee passes unionbusting bill at night w/out public hearing
AFL-CIO Main Street reports:

The New Hampshire House Has Wisconsin Fever

Concord Monitor:

The House Finance Committee last night approved a change to collective bargaining laws that would give public employers full authority to determine their employees’ wages and benefits after a contract expires.

You’ll note that this was done at night. Not in a public hearing.

The amendment to the House budget bill, introduced by Weare Republican Rep. Neal Kurk, states that after a contract expires, employees “shall become at-will employees whose salaries, benefits, and terms and conditions of employment shall be at the discretion of the employer.”

Warm and fuzzy are not adjectives anyone would ever use to describe Neal Kurk. Last week, during a discussion of the state employees retirement system, he had this to say:

“The problem with the NH Pension System is that people live too long. We’d be better off if we could get them to pick up smoking and they would die younger.”

2. As this continues, non-union workers had best prepare for some pretty significant
jolts to their benefits and wages in the coming years. I would not be surprised to see healthcare be dropped as a benefit in coming years, for example, across the country. None of this is stopping with unions. Workers will have absolutely no voice and will work for sh** benefits and wages as they try to survive. It's all part of the plan to convert Americans to serfs working as the cheapest global labor pool.

5. The fact that they do these things at night and without a hearing
shows that they know that it's not popular.

They know that they are not serving their constituents.

11. We have a court ruling that the courts can't enforce any "Sunshine" provisions on the Legislature.
Towns and cities could never get away with this;
it's flatly illegal. But the Legg gets to make
their own rules on this (separation of powers,
don't'cha know?) and when the place is run by
Rethuglicans, well, anything goes!

We haven't even seen an up-to-date agenda since
they took office.

8. Report from the trenches ...
Corporations are using the clout of their faithful representatives to drop union-busting bombs across America. This proves to be a significant campaign in the total occupation and intended takeover by the enemy.

It has been reported that almost all of The People's supply lines and services are now owned and operated by these battalions of corporate armies led by CEO's and wealthy, economic Generals commanding from behind the scenes. The growing numbers of Freedom Fighters are looking at a very hard and dangerous struggle which will include localizing production and food stocks and much hardship in order to push back against the winner-take-all, neo-Fascist intentions of hordes of Business Brigades taking the high ground across the country and fighting mercilessly to take down the middle class and virtually cull the poor by cutting them off from necessities.

Cries of "Don't tread on me!" and, "Give me liberty or give me death!" where heard from crowds shouting in front of several key corporate headquarters today. Apparently, the situation is growing critical and the stakes are very high, right now.

Meanwhile the corporate Media Ministry's of Truth have convinced unwary and non-critical consumers of their propaganda that the collateral damage from their endless salvos in the Battle to Own America is caused by the Left, proving that social engineering and sleek, scientific agitprop are valuable tools in all-out war.
