I know about our begining the third Arab world war in Libya, but have not read a paper or listened to the news since Friday 3-18-11. Is Charlie Sheen still the number one story?

1. I think Andrew Dice Clay is trying to push Charlie Sheen off the front page ...
... but much like the invasion of North Africa, it's too little too late.

4. well, that stuff is always going on. but this weekend
I had an opportunity to discuss the free market, capitalism, the wars in Afganistan and why we are in Iraq with my 15 year old grandson. We discussed the rise of American imperialism, the decline of the USSR, and the rise of China as a manufacturing country and why it is easier to make stuff in a country without pollution controls or a strong worker class than here in the good ol U.S. of A.

He told me he reads BBC online stating that it's wierd that other countries have this totally different outlook on what we as a nation do, but he wants to be informed. I told him the only way to figure out anything is to get many viewpoints, run them around in his head, observe and then decide. He already gets it.

But seriously, How deep are we in the other big muddy of Libya? What is going on in Minnesota and Michigan. Did boa get outed today?
