Reconcile the argument on this board that we support a people's rebellion
only as long as they are fighting against a fully armed military. Explain to me how this is acceptable to liberals.

4. Unacceptable: I support a people's rebellion whether or not their foes are fully armed.
Further, democracy has a better chance if it is not necessary to wage an armed struggle against a military -- but if such a struggle is the only choice, then it should be undertaken, and supported.
