Ohio Gov. Kasich’s budget announcement today has virtually nothing to do with the projected budget
“Even if there weren’t an $8 billion deficit, we’d probably be proposing many of the same things.”—Gov. Kasich’s Policy Director Wayne Struble

1. Thanks goodness for Plunderbund! We need to hit the letters to the editor with this shit and more.
In today's PD section on the question of the day, there were more positive answers on K-sick's budget than honest ones.

5. A conspiracy, no question.
This is what a real vast right wing conspiracy looks like.

8. I do not like the term conspiracy as I think it a turn-off (has too
much bad baggage). But I agree, this IS a major part of national plan of the GOP.

3. These people are all working from the same KKKook book, or Koch book, err, cookbook.
I'll go with door number one Alec, the KKKook book published by the John Birch Society.

No, it isn't about the budget. These people aren't interested in governing, this is enacting an ideological wishlist, and the current fiscal problems give them cover to spin their crap as solutions. The only thing I can see as a silver lining, is that they are going to add boatloads of voters to the group already angry at them. People who could care less about unions are going to get burned.

6. That is why they caused
the fiscal problems to begin with. The 'starve the beast' strategy has come to fruition.

7. The republicans at all levels have used the "were broke" meme as an excuse
They are using it to sell off all the states assets to predetermined bidders at bargain prices so the cronies can make a profit buy charging the taxpayers twice for the services.

They are truly evil.
