HELP? Looking for info from Rachel's show last night.. Job numbers

I THINK it was on Rachel's show last night...

I saw a statistic that said in IT/tech jobs... there are 2 job openings per every 1 qualified candidate

It was also about the skills gap.

any help?

I specifically need the 2 jobs per 1 candidate info... Looking everywhere for it.
