This isn't people "wanted" for any criminal offense. It's a civil matter. Talking about hiring bounty hunters is foolish. Actually trying to would be dangerous.

9. Wouldn't that mean the politicians hiring the bounty hunters could be charged with kidnapping, at
least attempted kidnapping? If so, I hope those idiots try it. And go to jail for it.
