37. If they really want to cut spending, let's lower their salaries.

Both houses of Congress are supposed to be a part time voluntary position, so in that spirit, let's cut their salaries to $5000.00 per year and let them get other jobs to support themselves and their families. Let them pay their own health care the way they say we should and watch them cry like babies.
Furthermore, if you have $1,000,000.00 in the bank or investments you should not be allowed to run for Congress, either house.
