Video from WI state assembly - Friday 2/25
(larger date shown is Jan 2011 session, date recorded is to the right in a small blue box.)

About 1/3 into the video, as one member finishes speaking (and 15 Democrats were still waiting to speak) a roll call vote is announced and taken in 15 seconds.
This is how the real chickens run a government.

Only 13 of the 38 Democratic members managed to vote in time before voting was closed after about 15 seconds.
Voting yes: 51 Republicans and 0 Democrats
Voting no: 13 Democrats and 4 Republicans
Not voting: 2 Republicans, 25 Democrats and 1 Independent

2. Damning behavior. I was going to suggest that it be used for political commercials, but I see that
such use is specifically ruled out by that site.

Considering it was only 15 seconds, though, I think a ticking clock could be used effectively in commercials bashing the Republicans for this disgraceful, unethical, and probably illegal tactic.

3. Play the "vote" on big screen at protests?
MSM only shows shouting Democrats and not the reason they are shouting.
They don't show the "vote"!!!!!

It needs to be seen.

Run(constantly) the most important 20 sec. or so at protests? Big screen?

4. One of the Democratic assemblymen is threatening
litigation over the way the vote was conducted.
