Egypt vs. the U.S.
Edited on Mon Feb-07-11 12:07 AM by ProSense
There have been comparisons made related to protesting elections and income inequity.

Given that articles are still being written about Bush's illegal activities and at least a couple of countries are still trying to hold him or members of his administration accountable, a massive ongoing protest should have materialized.

There was never a visible, sustained and growing campaign by any human rights organization in this country demanding Bush be charged with war crimes?

Why not?

On edit, one would think the following news would inspire such a movement: Bush Cancels Swiss Trip Due To Fear Of Torture Prosecution, Mass Protests

2. Where?
If I didn't see it, what does that say?

Could you imagine the Egyptian revolution going unnoticed?

3. I have thoughts on that
for weeks there were post here about Europe protest that weren't on the news. I don't worry if they are happening or not. Although if discussed I comment on the concepts.

by TV news. I saw pics here and locally in person but that's it.

Yet the staged, paid, and sparse Teabagger events got wall-to-wall coverage.
