Citizen's United question: If corporations are to be treated as people does that mean people get
all the protections, tax loopholes, etc. afforded to corporations?

If so my IPO is going to be Monday..

1. no, but you can create poverlay, inc., and THAT can get all those great goodies.
of course, you really have your corporation amass a fortune straying slightly from the law in order to really get the full benefit of corporate privileges....
