Speaking of Obamacare:
Edited on Mon Nov-18-13 04:10 AM by No Elephants
The first insurance commissioner to refuse to go along with Obama's proposed fix on the health insurance policy cancellations was fired the day after his announcement. He is William White of D.C.

Forbes (Forbes, mind you) has an article about windfall profits for health insurers, thanks to Obamacare.

Truthout calls Obamacare the biggest insurance scam in United States history.

Friday night, Bill Moyers hosted Dr. Margaret Flowers, a single payer advocate, and Jill Stein from the Green Party Shadow Cabinet

When Forbes is in agreement with Truthout and the Green Party, maybe someone should pay attention.

Moyers had announced that he was going off the air. Recently, he announced that he was not going off the air, thank heaven. Last week's How Dollarocracy is Destroying American wasn't bad, either. http://billmoyers.com/episode/full-show-how-dollarocracy-is-destroying-america/

Meanwhile, TPP marches on and the environment is gasping for air, potable water, uncontaminated crops, etc. And no one enacted another voting rights bill to replace the one that the SCOTUS struck down as having been based on outdated info.

Ain't neoliberalism grand?

But, hey, we fighting the imaginary war on women, the imaginary war on "terror," the imaginary war on drugs and social issues are the only ones that count, right?

1. Great post!
Ain't neoliberalism grand? Yes it is, it's better than anything! With the lone possible exception of Neoconservatism.
