Wheeled target robots delivered to U.S. Army… they are so clever they even scatter for cover
From the Daily Mail (UK)
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2069158/Wheeled-target-robots-delivered-U-S-Army-clever-scatter-cover.html

It turns out that Call of Duty isn't the only way to practise hitting moving targets – soldiers can now fire live ammo at fast-moving ‘smart’ target robots.

The U.S Marine Corps has just taken delivery of a platoon of cyber troops. Made by Sydney-based firm Marathon Targets, the robots look, move and even behave like people, providing an unprecedented level of realism for sharp shooters.

For example, when one of the robots is ‘killed’, the others will immediately scatter for cover.

Pictures and a video at the link. Creepy.

5. When has a POTUS, D or R, EVER not bent over for the MIC?
The MIC runs this plutocracy, CONGRESS should be the one getting all your anger, not the POTUS...he keeps sending them good policy and they keep crapping on it and sending it back. What do you think he should do? Become a dictator and take over directly?

CONGESS FOLKS...it's why they have a 9% approval rating. They SUCK.

10. With the drones and this,
the sci-fi fan in me is just waiting for the inevitable day that they achieve sentience and decide that humanity has to go. It never ends well with this stuff in fiction.

7. Why not go paintball
Make guns that sound and fire like real ones but only shoot either rubber bullets, or paintballs on real targets. These things don't duck or crawl on the ground. The targets could wear armor and act like they are really being attacked.
