Hey, Freepers, get down off your high horse. We all know that Willard “Mitt” Romney will more than likely get the Republican nomination. And when he does, all of you – ALL of you – will dutifully march into the voting booth and pull the lever for Mr. RomneyCare.

There will be no third-party insurrection. You don’t have the guts to do that. So, like the sheeple you are, you will do what the Republican establishment orders you to do – which is what you ALWAYS do.

So, that line at the top of your favorite website – the one that says “ObamaCare = RomneyCare = CommieCare. NO Romney! NO WAY!!” – well, it’s all bunk.

In the end, you will vote for the Mormon, flip-flopping RINO when you are told to do it. Cowards.

I spend less than 20 minutes a year on FR, so I can't really comment on the site's attitude toward Romney, though I can imagine he's not exactly popular there. Probably Romney is less popular there than Obama is here, but you still see a lot of anti-Obama threads, posts, recs, and unrecs on this board. I think some of the anti-Obama sentiment here comes from people who don't view the Democratic party as being on the left and thus are not particularly loyal to it. Probably the same is true in reverse over there as well.

Enough people here on DU state that they will vote for Obama because he is slightly lesser of the two evils. They actually do believe that Mitt is worse than Obama. But in the case of Freepers, they don't care if Mitt is actually the more evil, the more horrid leader, of the two...he will get their vote because it's always been anyone but Obama.
