1. Neither, he simply has outlived his usefulness and is about to be handsomely rewarded with a
multi-billion dollar contract in the private sector.
Then again, I'm the ever cynical one and NEVER cared for the tool man to begin with.

He will get some sinecure, do little, and continue to offend us with his opinions.

5. He has angered so many people in this state.
Although he is denying it is the reason, most people here believe he would
have gotten his ass kicked in the election so this was a face saving thing, in my
opinion.
