At Occupy Ottawa someone dumped 400 new and used needles
right near the campsite. Police investigating. Demonstrators say there were dumped overnight in a systematic way.

2. Part of me wonders if it is not anarchists trying to make the police look bad. You know like when
Karl Rove would bug his own candidates campaign offices to make the other guy look bad.
