1. Yes, a great victory
for equality, for the rights of working people, for choice. Liz ran a positive campaign compared to Golding's dirty, full of out of state money one. Senator-elect Mathis will do very well for her district!

2. had to wait until this morning to hear this and was greatly relieved
Republicans just need a split senate to rob the state blind.

On another note: Mississippi turned back their insane abortion amendment. I care because I have a daughter currently in Mississippi who is of child bearing age.
This was a great relief also.
