from any kind of non disclosure agreements because he has said repeatedly that their statements
about him were false.

Cain may resist a little longer, but he will eventually have to release them from the NDA.

The other possibility is that he will simply drop out of the race, which he is going to do anyway once he feels he's milked the free publicity for his book as much as he can. He's in this only for promoting his book anyway.
