1. I think most of us know who those people are.... Definitely right of centre and most

likely Republican (Conservative). The only thing with my reply is, that there must be Republicans that fit the Teacher with a $50,000.00 salary that is being asked to take the cut. What do these people think about this?

2. I know two (R) teachers who got a pay-cut and for the first time in my life

they seem receptive to me sending them Paul Krugman columns. Their eyes have finally seen the light. When your pocket book takes a hit reality sets in, especially when you see the wealthy not making any sacrifice.

4. They seem pretty pissed off. I remember sending them a political cartoon

a while back that basically said the same thing and they both emailed me back talking about how the cartoon hit home and angered them.
