Amazing video of mountain bike rider getting ambushed by an antelope

Mountain bikers are known to be tough. Few, if any, are tougher than South African Evan van der Spuy.

The 17-year-old was blind-sided by a Red Hartebeest, a large antelope that can weigh up to 330 pounds, during a ride this week.

Amazingly, he wrote on twitter: “I’m all stable with nothing more than a very stiff neck.”

The video, recorded by Travis Walker on his helmet cam, is amazing. (Warning, there is brief cursing after the attack, when Van der Spuy is in total agony).
