3. What about Paris Hilton, the Koch Brothers, the Walton heirs, kids born in wealthy families
who get rich because of trust funds or family connections? Or how got into Harvard Business School (Bush got an MBA from HBS) despite dropping out of Claremont McKenna after a year? I know that Herman Cain opposes affirmative action as most Republicans/conservatives do, but what does Cain have to say about the factors that let rich kids get on top without much hard work such as the aforementioned ones or even legacy admissions.

Need I also bring up Godfather's Pizza, where Cain used to be CEO? While Cain walks away with millions, thousands of employees at the pizza chain work long hours and balance education or raising family yet still can't afford to pay the bills or eat fruits and vegetables.

4. Herman Cain is a fool. He is alienating people which will marginalize the Republican Party.

There are more people who are worried about their future, or are already suffering, every day.
I have friends who barely making ends meet, who have trouble with mortgages or medical expenses.
They are trying to market themselves, to find second jobs; same with their spouses.

They live day to day. I won't even say they live week to week. I am only a little better off.

Charity can't help everyone. People are hurting.

Some Tea Party people said they didn't bring their guns this time, as if that's a warning,
but those people have something to lose.

When people get to the point where they have nothing to lose, watch out.
The people Herman Cain is belittling are reaching the point where they have nothing to lose.

12. feh. Most Americans think they are rich.
False hope, false consciousness, David Brooks' "pre-rich", whatever you want to call it.

5. He's seizing his moment
he knows the reich wing is finally listening to him, and he's using the protest as a springboard.

Got to give the guy some credit, I didn't think he was this smart a month ago.

9. What. A. Loser.
We know that very few people can be rich. That is almost by definition.

The problem is that the rich are destroying the middle class. It doesn't seem to have occurred to these wizards that once the middle class is destroyed, they'll come crashing down to join us living in cardboard boxes in no time.
