Remind me, isn't Palin supposed to have a show on Fox?
I asked this before here, and some people answered, but I've forgotten.

I thought she signed on with Fox, and we were all looking forward to an entertaining train wreck to watch every week.

Now here she is at the center of attention and she's doing all her communication through Facebook.

1. I think she signed on to be a commentator

I think that would mean she would come in to lend her expert opinion on things when they want her to. Maybe they just haven't wanted to listen to her more then they already have to?
(I may be wrong)

2. Money might have a little to do with it
Unless I were selling guns and bullets made of radioactive uranium, I'd probably opt for
another show on which to place my ads.

No ads, no air time.

3. I believe she was going to be a regular correspondent on the show

but then she got her on show at whatever that station was and didn't make it to the last episode!

If she doesn't quit...she fails and has to quit!

4. She's a paid commentator.
Which means that they pay her a million bucks a year to create controversy, in order bring in eyeballs for the advertisements on their "news" programs. And then of course, it helps to get the other networks talking about her. There was never a deal for her to have her own Fox show. She's paid to come on Fox once in a while to spew. This weekend, it will be her "conversation" with Sean Hannity. But really, her contract is to manufacture controversy...

5. I think what happened was that every word out of her mouth became
a huge scandal in and of itself, so in order to better harness that power, which is clearly a powerful tool, they only use the Palin when it will be most effective. Such as after a tragedy.
