1. They are probably accurate now, but not "predictive" of 13 months from now.

6. Of course not. At this point, the only polling that might indicate
anything of value would be polls of Republicans about the GOP Primary, which is much closer to the general election. This far out, General Election polling is just busy work for the consulting industry.
