Well, lets see who was president in the early 1990's? Well that was Bill Clinton.

But who was president when I was laid off from my job for most of the 1980's? Layoffs that I never did fully recover from financially.

That wasn't Bill Clinton who was president back then was it?

Why that was St. Ronald and old man Bush who were presidents back then during the depression I lived through. Amazing how these fuckers are trying to rewrite history right in front of our eyes. And they do it with a straight face too.

1. GOPimps live in la la land funded by KOCHROACHES!
They have plenty of play toys, so they don't have to go shopping in the real world. Reagan started this downward turn in our economy, with his FAUX TRICKLE DOWN economics and demonizing govt and the poor. He created the framework for the current economic crisis and it took the war criminals BUSH/CHENEY to bring the decline full circle. the real question is "do we have the strength" to recover from this BEATING??? The TBAGGERS have left its scars on the moral fiber of this country and in our pocket books. Can we overcome?? I am going to work to try to make that happen.

4. That's been a prominent meme for a couple weeks now. They're desperately trying to...
deflect any ideas that pubs are primarily responsible for ANYthing bad, it's all been this longtime developing problem with both parties equally liable. Today they reached back to 78 and China opening up-- which probably is significant but doesn't explain all the bad economic planning decisions and misplaced priorities since then.

8. Joe was careful to skip 80s and went back to 70s. We all know
Reagan set this failure in motion and GWB nailed the
last pin in the coffin.

At least Joe admitted Globalization as the problem.
