Congressman Kevin Yoder
I am glad that the President has decided to halt this costly regulation. If we want to get our economy growing again we must stop putting stifling regulations in the way of businesses. http://m.yahoo.com/w/news_america/obama-halts-controversial-epa-regulation-143731156.html?orig_host_hdr=news.yahoo.com&.intl=us&.lang=en-us

1. Be sure to ask him six months from now how many jobs this deregulation created.

I'm guessing he won't have a clue or have any proof to support his claims.

2. Undoubtedly!

Whatever people think Obama's motives are, it should be pretty clear that the pukes are getting everything they want from him.

Their voting base may be all about race, but their leaders are all about money and power.

And they could hardly be in a better position than having a "Democratic" president doing their bidding.

4. What if the bidding...
Edited on Fri Sep-02-11 06:15 PM by Davis_X_Machina
...were to turn out to be the bidding of rust-belt Democratic Senators?

5. I don't care who's bidding he's responding to.
It's wrong. Having said that, if history is any indicator, he's more likely to be appeasing Republicans than he is accommodating Dems.

6. Stabenow of Michigan
Tester of Montana
Sherrod Brown of Ohio
Casey of Pennsylvania
Joe Manchin of West Virginia

And Webb's Virginia open seat as well.

There's control of the Senate, right there. All coal-states and/or rust-belt states.

I'm not privy to any inside information, but I will wager blind that this action was taken at the behest of certain important members of the Senate Democratic Caucus.

3. I will make a prediction... that deregulation
will create zero jobs in six months.
