What's next? Open up Sequoia National Park and Smokey Mtn. National Park to logging interests?

Who doesn't see that this woman is flat out nuts?

3. You can't. Best thing to do is edit the duplicate... the other one.
Leave the "Message" field blank, and change the "Subject" line to "Delete/Dupe".

:hi:

4. See? All better now.
Sometimes you just click the "Post Message" button twice and you get a hiccup.

A couple of guys around heat seem to routinely post in triplicate...

5. Yep, this is the one that apologized to BP
so apparently the only thing consistent about her is her batshitcraziness.

New leak near Deepwater Horizon site quickly becoming a massive oil slick

Judson Parker
Tallahassee Environmental News Examiner
August 31, 2011

Over the past two weeks, I have been closely following reports of renewed leaking in the Macondo oil field, the site of last year's Deepwater Horizon disaster (Map). First, New Orleans Lawyer Stuart Smith reported that nearly 40 ships were hired by BP to conduct a boom-laying mission over the August 13th weekend. Next, nonprofit organizations On Wings of Care and Gulf Restoration Network conducted a joint flyover of the spill site, bringing back photographic evidence of fresh oil near the site of the Macondo well. This in turn prompted reporters from the Mobile Press-Register to hire a boat out to the site, where they found massive "globules" of oil rising to the surface, creating a growing sheen on the water (you can read about that here).

Today, pilot Bonny Schumaker of On Wings of Care once again took to the air over the Gulf of Mexico, finding evidence of what appears to be a massive leak near the site of last year's oil drilling disaster.

According to Schumaker, the oil "stretched for miles" with one continuous sheen stretching for nearly 10 miles. This contradicts BPs official story, which is that "none of this is true."

8. Is there supposed to be oil in the Everglades or is she just trying to out-destroy the environment?

9. I believe she is just trying to destroy the envirnment...
there is no reason to drill in the Everglades. There are more than a few reasons not to drill in the Everglades.

12. Like if there was oil in the everglades there would at least be a reason...
... even though that reason would be entirely outweighed by all the other reasons. But if there's not... WHAT?

14. There was, actually.

In the Shark Valley section of ENP, there is a former oil rig that was transformed into an observation tower.

Which I think is the way it ought to be. :)

Even fellow uber-nutty fellow teabagger Allen West criticized Bachmann for the plan. Most likely because his constituents would crucify him if he agreed with the idea, and the way the Allen West meltdown has been going so far, he's going to fight a tough enough re-election as it is.

10. The Republicans are really going for broke
this time; they're real gamblers. Every day they come out with a statement more outrageous than the one before. So far they've admitted that they want to destroy social security, get rid of FEMA, cut taxes for the rich, cut military pensions -- the list is a long one. And the Democrats are wringing their hands, wondering how they're going to win next year. God help us all.

15. after awhile we're just going to have to stop giving her any attention
because that's all she wants -- saying batshit insane things is the only way she get any kind of ink, so the publicity is just encouraging her to get worse...

Did we learn nothing from Donald Trump's moment in the spotlight a couple of short months ago?
