Yogurt store owner put naked employee in box
DA: Yogurt store owner put naked employee in box

The owner of a Southern California yogurt shop has been charged with attacking an employee, removing her clothes, binding her with tape and locking her in a box.

Los Angeles County prosecutors say Robert Yachen Lee is accused of attacking the woman Wednesday morning after luring her into an upstairs storage room at the Monterey Park shop. The woman blacked out. When she woke up she was naked, except for an adult diaper, bound with tape with a collar around her neck and lying face down in a box that had been placed in a soundproofed storage room.

The woman managed to free herself and call police.

Lee was charged Friday with kidnapping to commit rape and attempted first-degree murder. He's being held on $10 million bail.

2. Rec to zero. Rec for the $10 million bail.
It is about time the justice system took sexual crimes seriously.

9. I didn't know that KBR made yogurt
Seriously. This sounds exactly like the horrible experience that
the woman who worked for KBR experienced. Even she was put in a box.

Yet, KBR was never held accountable.

11. Did you know that the KBR woman made it all up for money?
Did you know that she is likely to end up owing KBR's legal fees as a result of her attempted fraud?

It doesn't follow that the woman invented the whole story.

14. Er, what?
Link to that? Last I recall, KBR wasn't claiming it wasn't true, they were claiming to be immune to prosecution.

In your case I'd be willing to send him an FYI text.

If you were just a troll it would be easy to just skip over you like all the others, but I'm pretty sure you actually believe the things you say.

Edited on Tue Aug-30-11 12:29 PM by Yavin4
If Republicans get control of our government, this will no longer even be a crime, and if you think that I am being hyperbolic, please read how Sri Lankan workers are treated in Jordan:

It can happen here folks.

I'm sure gay marriage and healthcare reform somehow contributed.
