Drunk Airplane Passenger Performs In-Flight Erotic Dance

First Posted: 8/27/11 09:44 PM ET Updated: 8/27/11 10:23 PM ET

A London-bound bmi flight was forced to return to Moscow Friday after a female passenger started performing a provocative one-woman show.

Fifteen minutes into the morning flight from Domodedovo Airport, cabin crew noticed a "woman was acting strangely and disturbing other passengers," reports The Moscow Times.

The drunk, 39-year-old woman from the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia was "in a state of insobriety, inconveniencing the passengers, taking off their glasses and dancing erotic dances," a spokesman for transport police was quoted as saying by Agence France Presse.

3. Good grief....they're drinking, they're dancing, they're peeing....
What the hell ever happened to sit down, shut up, eat your tasteless pretzels, drink your mean little beverage, and cross those fingers and hope the plane makes it to your point of disembarkation?

11. I want a video of the dance.
Sigh. I'm old (63) and I was an airline employee from 1969 to 1979 and flew a LOT, mostly first class, essentially for free, when first class was really worth it.

Even the first class seats are closer together than they used to be, and the food is nothing like it used to be. Sigh. I've got to get over longing for The Good Old Days.

and I LOVED First Class...hardly ever had to fly coach....

I long for the good old days as well.

china, glassware, silverware, salt and pepper shakers, warm cloths to wash your hands before you ate, chocolate sundaes for dessert, rolls, 4 courses, champagne before take off and free alcohol afterward....no free upgrades for snotty frequent fliers.....

:-)

19. Wonder why flights seem to land when anything like this happens
I mean this sounds annoying but why does it rate landing?

And this is not just an American thing either.

21. Because whether someone is drunk or crazy is not always clear

The last flight I was on where they decided to "take off with the drunk" had to re-route and make an emergency landing when the drunk threw up and then passed out in the aisle.
