Even though the scientists are being silenced and muffled by our own corprat-owned government, the science isn't real? If it's so "fake" then why are the oil, coal, and gas companies so hellbent on hiding/covering/silencing it? Hmm? Right.

1. Its this unspoken political law:

If you rob a bank, you come out and point at the cops, and say "you robbed a bank"! If the cops are Democrats, the power of this law makes it so they now can't accuse you of robbing the bank. Republicans use this all the time, and for some reason it works with many mainstream Dems, they won't accuse a Republican of something they have been accused of themselves. The scientists themselves see through it and correctly attribute the global warming denial to its corporate funding from the most profitable companies on earth, but they are overall a very small voice. Honestly I wish they were a bigger one.
