SCHIEFFER's substitute host keeps gushing over "Governor Rick (GOODHAIR)" - who IS she?!1
Edited on Sun Aug-14-11 10:18 AM by UTUSN
She can't stop saying, "Governor Rick (GOODHAIR)" with a LILT to her voice when she says it. Everything's different, the sun will rise, it's just a new world now that "Governor Rick (GOODHAIR)" is among us!1

Ever since Shrub b.s.ed the nation with his bullying "Don't MESS with Texas," which is actually an anti-litter slogan that was developed by a Democratic p.r. dude, the nation has been trembling at the MYTH of Texas.

As if Shrub's disastrous presence on all fronts has not been enough to puncture that f***ing bladder.

Shrub had the B.F.E.E. behind him, that's all, nothing that he could ever accomplish on his own. Molly IVINS had done ALL of the hard work, ALL of the research, ALL of the translation of Texas Tuff Tawk into simple, national communication, but it was just SO charming to fall for the Boy Shrub despite his KNOWN history as a Lordling boozing and ALL of the VERY MUCH REST of his crap life. He was SO cute. Mean old GORE better NOT be too tough on him, not be ANY tough at all!1

So here we go with this EVEN LESS of a bacterium as Shrub if that is possible. The myths are just DAZZLING the national media idiots: That Goodhair is a "job creator." Texas is 2nd or 3rd from the bottom of all states in categories of health, education, and social services, just barely above Alabama and Mississippi. Texas has a WEAK GOVERNOR system of government, with the Lieutenant Governor having more say so over the agenda.

All Goodhair is known for is squeaking by elections with the opposition divided and berating State highway patrol officers who stop his chauffeur for speeding, with, "Why don't you just let us go about our business and you just get on with yours?!1"

1. It was Norah O'DONNELL doing the gushing. Wiki says she has been criticized for
doing Lib things like pointing out to a Quitter PALIN supporter Quitter inconsistency.

How did she get over to CBS? Did NBC/MSNBC shitcan her or did she get a better deal?!1

Norah O’Donnell Leaves NBC for CBS
By BILL CARTER

CBS announced Thursday that it had hired Norah O’Donnell, the long-time Washington-based correspondent for NBC News, as its new chief White House correspondent.

Ms. O’Donnell has been a frequent reporter on the “Today” show and was the chief Washington reporter for NBC’s cable news channel MSNBC. She was also a regular contributor on MSNBC’s Sunday morning political discussion program, “The Chris Matthews Show.”

Beyond taking the top reporting job at the White House for CBS, Ms. O’Donnell will also serve as the primary substitute anchor for Bob Schieffer on the network’s Sunday morning program, “Face the Nation.”
She is also expected to contribute on occasion to “60 Minutes.”

3. He's known in Texas as a less cerebral George W. Bush
This guy was also a college cheerleader, just so ya know. And instead of being a "C" student at Yale, Goodhair was a "D" student at Texas A&M.

He's crushing the education system in Texas ... and to keep those rich boys from paying taxes he's been pushing a new higher education system that removes state support from the university system.

A piece of work, this one. My boss is a life-long card-carrying Republican conservative from the Midwest, yet confided to me that he voted for Democrat Bill White in last year governor's race because Perry governs by cronyism. I knew that ... but I was surprised my boss did. It was his first vote for a Democrat in his life.

6. A Texas doctor (Rethug, natch) told the press in 2000 "We elected an idiot."
That is, he voted for Shrub, fully knowing what he was doing, but of course would not ever vote for any non-Rethug better candidate.

Dems should start saying that now every chance they get. That way, if Repukes choose to nominate and Americans chooses to elect Perry, they'll know they're getting a religious bigot.

On edit: the purpose should be to compel Perry to defend his association with religious bigots at every media appearance Perry makes.

5. Oh good grief, TX "reporter" Wayne SLATER is telling Mistah KURTZ
that "Rick" is "A WONDERFUL GUY, wonderful to be around," but hates the press and won't talk to them. That he is a REAL Texan (that's a positive?!1) who actually grew up on a real ranch and went to TX A&M unlike Shrub who was born in Conecticut and went to all those Lib schools!1 That Goodhair was just using "a rhetorical device" in talking about secession to a special interest audience, that he "talks in bold colors, not pastels" (unlike Shrub)!1

Uh, *when* did Shrub ever talk in f***ing pastels?!1
