HealthCare: Rham believed the Clinton White House screwed up by being "in charge" of healthcare reform. So the Obama White House explicitly took a "hands off" approach to crafting the bill. When Senator Brown was elected, the White House gave up on healthcare reform. Nancy Pelosi fought for the bill and dragged it across the finish line.

His supreme court nominees are centrists and no fighting was required.
