about the tax breaks without strings and conditions

If a "job creator" can sit back, invest their money in foreign countries, and receive huge tax breaks here that amount to the same as profits if they had actually created jobs WITHOUT the messy provisions of having to EMPLOY people, pay overhead, pay insurance, benefits and run companies...
WHY would they?

Let's face it. RW'ers ACCUSE the unemployed of sitting at home collecting their check because giving them the check takes away the incentive to find work...
