Website for both my Senators is down

I contacted my Representative and tried to contact my Senators but both websites down. Does that mean the websites crashed from emails, cut off to prevent emails (mine are both Republicans) or just a fluke.

5. I faxed my Congressman and Senators today to make

sure they got how disgusted I am in writing, on a piece of paper. The faxes went through too.

I can't get through to Rep. Conaway--server too busy, and I can't get far enough into the Senate site to even designate my senators. Of course, they're all Republican, so I'm likely wasting my time. However; I feel I should contact them anyway. I plan to keep it simple and just let them know that I listened to both speeches, and I support President Obama's balanced approach. The poor and middle class have shouldered enough.
