Limbaugh took time out at the end of last week to get some coaching. If he’s back on his show today he will be giving the marching orders to the GOP and especially the Teabaggers. Then Hannity will reinforce the official line.

If there’s any chance for the GOP to get rational on all this and compromise on their pledge not to raise taxes on millionaires and billionaires the GOP will either have to figure out a way to get Limbaugh to give them some slack or they will have to ‘disappoint’ Limbaugh and damage his certitude.

That's unlikely to happen. He owns the GOP. He and his wannabes are the best weapon the GOP has against the Democrats and damaging his godly status would be a big hit for the Republicans.

And like Cantor, Limbaugh may be invested in the dollar dropping- that’s what he suggested his listeners do in May last year.

Moveon is organizing demonstrations to encourage Dem congresspeople to hold the line. They need to think about demonstrating at the source of the problem, the right wing radio stations.
