Voices Of The Long-Term Unemployed
You know, it's funny, but after reading the article, I didn't see any of these people saying, "I could be working, but I'm just lazy and don't really feel like it." But, as we all know conclusively, if you're unemployed, it means you're lazy, and that anyone in America who wants a job can find one.

3. That is why whenever jobs are mentioned, "Living Wage" must precede it
"Living Wage Jobs" Simple "jobs" will not do.

4. I marked this earlier today
I just finished reading the Down But Not Out letters.

This hurt me to my soul. The stories plus comments after the article make you grateful for whatever you have no matter what that have may be.

I knew things were bad. I didn't know just how bad they really were. It breaks my heart.

We can do better than this. There has to be a way to stop this suffering.
