A modest proposal re: the debt ceiling
If Congress decides to default on the debt (remember, they have the "power of the purse, not Obama), we'll need to raise money somehow. Maybe we could sell off a couple aircraft carriers on EBay. We also mght get a few bucks for Rhode Island. We'd never miss it.
