We need a West Virginia prosecutor with some guts

West Virginia has a felony murder statute which basically says that if a person commits a felony and in the commission of that felony, someone dies, then the person can be charged with murder. We now know that Massey kept two sets of books about safety issues one for the inspectors which claimed none had happened and one for themselves. I would hope that is a felony. People did die. Felony murder, anyone.

4. You live in a fantasy world. Much like the one I live in.

It works. It holds up in court.

But it requires not just a prosecutor, but a whole legal system with some guts. And I don't see much sign of them.

Too bad - the law could work well for a lot more than just this crime.
