A minor observation about the GOP family-size dicksizing exercise

At the GOP debate where we learned Michele Bachmann "raised 23 foster children" (which is only a damn lie if The State didn't send 23 children to her, because anyone who's even slightly familiar with fostering knows fostering is usually a short-term situation) every one of the GOP candidates bragged about how many kids they had.

I'm wondering this: If the number of kids you've got is now the number-one qualification for the GOP presidential nomination, why isn't Jim Bob Duggar the frontrunner?
